Insta iCM components

The iCM solution can be collated of different applications and components according to user needs. The basic solution comprises the following basic components:

• Map based situational overview for visualizing the overall status. Events are shown on the map as symbols, which can be clicked to find more detailed information required for establishing the correct course of action. The set of map symbols is completely customizable according to purpose.
• Incident management component for coordinating situations. Events and incidents are recorded in event forms and distributed to targeted user organizations. The organizations can tailor their situational overview with advanced search functions both on event management and the map based situational overview.
• Content visibility is role based, i.e. restricted to the specified organizations, departments and user roles. The user has access only to the information that is allowed by his user role.
• Other functions such as collaboration tools; secure email, calendar and video conferencing can be added if necessary.
