Insta Voice*Crypto usage
Insta Voice*Crypto is an extremely secure and easy-to-use solution
for those who need strongly encrypted speech calls.
In order to establish a secure connection you only need two Voice*Crypto
units and an existing speech or telecommunications network. With
landline telephones, the Voice*Crypto unit is connected directly
to the telephone network, or positioned between the handset and
the telephone set. With Internet calls, the unit is connected
directly to the IP network. With mobile phones Voice*Crypto uses
secured bluetooth connection.
Group calls are provided as an alternative to several individual
calls. Voice*Crypto supports group calls with an optional conference
call server facility.
Users are authenticated with a personal, protected and secure
smart card. The card holds all confidential information, such
as electronic identity and encryption keys of the user. This way
several people can use the same device securely with their own
personal smart cards.
