Service Center

The business idea of the Service Center is to provide its clients with value added services of data security and user administration that support business activities professionally and cost-effectively. The most important service concepts of the Service Center are:

• Portal and networking services for electronically networked business VPN services (Extranet and remote access solutions), as well as Secgo Crypto IP and Secgo Mobile IP product deliveries
• PKI-based certificate services, directory and CRL services, smart card and USB Token deliveries
• User administration and user identification services (e.g. mobile telephone, Finnish Banks’ Identification Service (Tupas), certificate)
• Professional services
• Customer support services
• Product support services for PKI Products

The Service Center has been awarded the international BS7799 certificate on data security.

The customer support services of the Service Center provide support via email or telephone in relation to all queries and problems relating to the products. The service is only subject to a charge for clients who do not have a valid maintenance contract.
